Yantai's busiest spot for nightlife is the International Seaman's Club opposite the railway station. The closeby Friendship Store also is a popular place to hang out and buy yourself a drink of wine or brandy. The seaside Huanghai Amusement Park is a popular destination, especially for kids. There are several bars and night clubs on Nan Dajie in Chefoo district, the most famous are the Apollo and Huahai.
